About the Role An established insurance building and repairs company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage domestic repair projects across Brisbane.

You will coordinate trades, oversee construction progress and ensure each job is delivered safely, within budget and in line with insurer timeframes. Ideally, you will live in South Brisbane or the surrounding suburbs to allow easy access to projects across the region. Duties

- Coordinate and manage trades throughout the construction and repair cycle
- Supervise multiple insurance repair projects from commencement through to completion
- Track progress and communicate with insurers, homeowners and internal teams
- Coordinate emergency make-safes when required
- Ensure projects meet client SLAs, KPIs and agreed budgets
- Resolve construction issues and disputes promptly
- Provide accurate weekly project updates to Head Office
- Ensure all work complies with WHS, contractual and legislative requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with trades, clients and insurance stakeholders
- Work closely with administration and construction teams to achieve positive outcomes

About You

- Previous site supervision experience across domestic building repairs or small-to-medium construction projects
- A current Site Supervisor Licence or Builder’s Licence is essential




- Insurance repair experience is highly regarded
- Experience estimating domestic or commercial building repairs
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, inspection stages, permits and WHS requirements
- Understanding of the NCC, relevant building codes and Australian Standards
- Confident managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Professional approach when dealing with homeowners, insurers, consultants and trades
- Ideally based in South Brisbane or the surrounding suburbs
