About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving BM Doors' Integrated Management System, including ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, and ISO 27001 Information Security. The position is hands-on and varied, working closely with production, project management, installation and administration teams to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement and support a culture of quality, safety and accountability.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain and continuously improve the company's Integrated Management System.
- Coordinate and support ISO certification and surveillance audits.
- Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures, registers and management system documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitor and report on quality, safety, environmental and information security performance.
- Manage incidents, hazards, non-conformances and improvement opportunities.
- Support risk assessments, workplace inspections and compliance activities.
- Deliver training, inductions and toolbox talks.
- Assist with customer, supplier and subcontractor compliance requirements.
- Maintain compliance registers, licences, permits and certification records.

About you

- Experience working within ISO-certified management systems.
- Experience in quality, safety,



compliance or HSEQ-related roles.
- Strong document control, reporting and organisational skills.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections or compliance reviews.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Experience within manufacturing, construction or building products industries (desirable).
- Internal Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001 (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent (desirable).
