Role Description This full-time, in office Interior Designer role is based in Sydney, NSW.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, prepare presentations, and contribute to the delivery of workplace, education, and hospitality projects. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting finishes and materials, coordinating FF&E;, and preparing documentation for construction and fit-out. The role involves collaborating with project leads, consultants, and suppliers, attending client meetings,



and incorporating client feedback into design solutions.

The Interior

Designer will help ensure that each project reflects client goals, enhances user experience, and is delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and workplace planning to support functionality, culture, and collaboration.
- Knowledge of Architecture and construction principles relevant to interior projects.
- Experience producing Construction Drawings and documentation for fit-out and implementation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong visual communication, presentation, and detailing skills, with attention to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
