We’re looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team at TSR in Gympie.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, coordinating, following things through and helping turn enquiries into booked work.

A big part of the role will be looking after our residential air conditioning enquiries — speaking with customers, following up quotes, coordinating site visits and keeping things moving from the first phone call through to installation.

There’ll also be plenty of variety. You’ll work closely with our sales and install teams, help with existing customer relationships and have the chance to get involved in coordinating commercial projects.





We’re not necessarily looking for someone who already knows air conditioning inside out — we can teach you that. We’re more interested in finding someone who is confident with people, organised, comfortable picking up the phone and has a natural ability to build rapport without being pushy.

TSR is a local family-owned business that has grown a lot over the years, but we still want our office to feel like a small team where people know each other, have a laugh and help each other out.
