We are partnering exclusively with a private real estate development and investment business on a newly shaped Investor Relations role.

The business invests its own capital alongside private and institutional partners. It has transacted and developed well over $2 billion of property since inception, with more than $1 billion now under management. Its reputation is built on executing complex transactions and delivering strong outcomes for investors.

The role

Sitting within the Investment Management team and reporting to the Head of Capital, this position exists to strengthen how the business communicates with its investors. It also carries a clear pathway into capital raising as the platform grows.

What you will own

- Investor reporting and communications across all funds and partnerships
- The investor experience,



from onboarding through to ongoing engagement
- A disciplined, current CRM and clean investor data
- Investor presentations, updates and performance materials
- A growing role in capital raising, alongside the Head of Capital

What you bring

- A background in investor relations, funds management, wealth management or related financial services
- Solid writing, and confidence presenting financial data
- Sharp organisation and close attention to detail
- Genuine curiosity about how investors think
- An owner's mindset, and discretion with sensitive information
