We are seeking experienced leaders to join various teams in our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.
As an IT Systems Administrator, you may lead one or more teams and be accountable for managing staff performance and allocation of resources.
You will plan, coordinate and deliver detailed, complex, technical, or sensitive projects that impact strategic or operational outcomes. Managing key stakeholder relationships, you’ll collaborate to resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes.
You will provide strategic and technical advice, lead complex problem solving, and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies to support the delivery of business outcomes.
You will build team capability through coaching, training, and providing feedback. You’ll model and encourage others to adopt an agile approach while also advocating a culture of continuous improvement.
Applications and technologies used across these roles may include:
- Cloud and Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, AWS Organisations, EC2, Fargate, Azure IaaS and PaaS services, cloud networking, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
- Enterprise Platforms and Applications: Sitecore XP, Seibel, Content Hub, Microsoft 365, DataHub and enterprise virtualisation technologies.
- Identity, Security and Networking: Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, SSO, MFA, Federation, Azure RBAC, One Identity Manager, Active Directory, LDAP, WAF, certificate management, vulnerability management, DNS, load balancers, VPNs and network security controls.
- DevOps and Automation: Azure DevOps, Git, Ansible AWX, CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell, Python, Bash and other scripting technologies.
- Data and Integration: PostgreSQL, Aurora, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata,
REST APIs, API Gateway, SOAP services, IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Enterprise, Power BI and OpenSearch/Elastic.
- Monitoring and Operations: ServiceNow, ITIL, Jira, Confluence, AppDynamics, ExtraHop, CloudWatch and Pingdom.
- Operating Systems and Platforms: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, Docker and Windows Server.
