Iteration Manager – Integration & Agile Delivery

At LTM, we partner with some of Australia's leading enterprises to deliver large-scale digital transformation across cloud, data, AI, enterprise integration, and modern application platforms. We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to lead Agile delivery across complex integration and API programs within the financial services sector.

As an Iteration Manager, you will drive Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure the successful execution of integration initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors, you'll remove delivery roadblocks, manage sprint execution, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate delivery across developers, business analysts, testers, architects, and external partners.
- Manage sprint backlogs, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery.




- Drive Agile best practices, delivery governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders.

About You

You'll bring

- 10 years' experience in Agile project delivery, including experience leading complex integration or API programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and tools including Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Experience delivering enterprise integration projects involving MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP Integration Suite, Salesforce, or similar middleware platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering technology projects within financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
