UGL is seeking an experienced JDE Materials & Logistics Lead to support the successful delivery of a major project in Western Australia. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing material management, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations while ensuring accurate maintenance of project data within JD Edwards (JDE).

Working closely with Construction, Procurement, Supply Chain and Project Controls teams, you will ensure materials are available to support construction activities and that material movements are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all project materials and logistics activities.
- Manage the end-to-end material lifecycle including receipting, storage, preservation, issue, transfer and disposal.
- Maintain and administer material transactions within JD Edwards (JDE).
- Review MTOs, BOMs and material forecasts to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing freight, transport schedules and material deliveries.
- Monitor material availability and proactively identify potential shortages or schedule impacts.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and stock control processes.
- Raise and manage material requests, requisitions and work orders within JDE.
- Develop and maintain material tracking and reporting systems.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
- Lead and mentor materials and logistics personnel.

About you:

- Proven experience in a Materials & Logistics leadership role on major construction, mining,



oil & gas or infrastructure projects.
- Advanced working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE).
- Strong understanding of material control, inventory management and warehousing processes.
- Experience coordinating logistics within remote project environments.
- Solid analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
