About the Prospect
We are currently partnering with a number of leading clients across the renewable energy, corporate finance/funds, and professional services sectors.
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Officers, Accounts Assistants and Accounts Interns to join our clients' growing finance teams. These opportunities provide excellent exposure to accounting, financial operations, reporting, and business administration within well-established Australian and international organisations.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Invoice verification, coding and data entry
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Processing employee expense claims
- Assisting with payroll administration and timesheet processing
- Supporting budgeting and financial analysis activities
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers
- Providing general finance and administrative support to the wider team
About You To be successful in these roles, you will ideally have:
- A degree or be currently studying Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar accounting systems is advantageous but not essential
