More About The Junior Graphic Designer Role At Deloitte

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Change &

Experience team.

You’ll help us turn complex ideas into clear, engaging and useful visual content. Working across some of Deloitte’s priority programs, you’ll create presentations, campaign materials, event collateral, digital content and other design assets that help engage our people.

This is a great prospect for an early-career designer who enjoys learning, working with others and bringing ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

- Create presentations, digital content, campaign materials and other visual assets for Deloitte’s priority programs
- Turn complex information and project briefs into clear visual stories, concepts and design options
- Support the design of employee experiences, events, workshops and communications
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Canva and AI-enabled tools to create content efficiently and responsibly
- Apply Deloitte’s brand guidelines and prepare high-quality artwork for digital and print use
- Create and maintain templates, shared design files and reusable asset libraries
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to understand needs, respond to feedback and deliver to agreed deadlines
- Bring fresh ideas and contribute to the team’s creative approach

What You’ll Bring

- Currently studying for a qualification in graphic design, visual communication or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Design experience through employment, internships, freelance work or relevant projects
- A portfolio demonstrating visual design, layout, typography, colour and storytelling skills
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint, with experience in Canva and an interest in AI-enabled design tools




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply feedback thoughtfully
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative, practical and curious approach, with a willingness to learn
- Experience with Figma, Miro, animation or video editing would be helpful, but isn’t essential.
