We are looking for a practical, hands-on Junior Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis, commencing early–mid November 2026. You'll absorb our day-to-day IT operations while taking real ownership of our networking and infrastructure. You'll grow into managing our expanding suite of internal applications, learning AI-first methods along the way. If you're keen to build depth across systems administration with solid networking fundamentals, this is your role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– IT operations: Microsoft 365 & Entra ID administration, device management across Windows, Apple and warehouse scanners, Mimecast email security, level 1–2 support escalations

– Networking & infrastructure: routing, switching and VLAN management across office and warehouse, Juniper Mist Wi-Fi and switching configuration, hands-on server room management (UPS, cabling, patching, backups)

– Internal applications: manage and support our internally built business applications and collaborate on building current ones using AI-assisted development; willingness to learn matters more than prior coding experience

– ERP & reporting support: SAP Business One user administration, Crystal Reports/SSRS upkeep, WMS-integrated warehouse processes; full training provided

CANDIDATE PROFILE

– Networking knowledge: working understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, subnetting and basic firewalls; Juniper exposure (Mist/EX) or CCNA-level study highly regarded — this fills a genuine capability gap for us

– Solid grounding in Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID; comfortable with IT support fundamentals

– Genuine, demonstrable use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in study or work to streamline tasks; interest in building internal applications and no formal dev experience required

– Willingness to learn and adapt: hungry to pick up unfamiliar systems quickly, take feedback constructively, and grow with the role; clear communicator with non-technical staff

– 1–3 years IT support or systems administration experience; degree/diploma in IT or similar highly regarded.
