The Position

- Working in a small portfolio in the inner Southern suburbs.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance and flag any maintenance issues.
- Manage end-of-lease processes, including bond disposal and finalising tenancy agreements.
- Handle tenant enquiries related to accounts and financial matters.




- Preparing advertisements for available properties.
- Oversee arrears management to maintain effective rental income flow.
- Provide support to the team on various portfolio-related tasks as needed.

Skills & Experience

- This role would be suited to an Assistant Property Manager ready to take on a small portfolio whilst being mentored by the best!
- Current PM Registration & driver's license essential.
