This is a fully in-house position at our Parramatta office. You will grow the agency through sales by identifying potential clients, managing outbound outreach (cold emailing, LinkedIn networking, phone outreach), and presenting digital marketing solutions to Australian business owners. You will also retain and nurture clients through account management, acting as the primary trusted point of contact for onboarding clients, translating client business goals into tasks for internal creative and technical teams, and regularly presenting performance reports.
You will master digital marketing by quickly absorbing core digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Paid Social) so you can confidently discuss metrics and strategies with business owners.
Key responsibilities
