Fiorita Wine Bar (Karratha) is looking for a talented and driven Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join our small, close-knit kitchen team.

This is a role for a chef who wants more than just another kitchen job. You’ll have the chance to get creative, contribute your own ideas and play an important role in shaping the food and presentation at Fiorita. As your career progresses, we will give you the training to step into the role of Head Chef within our group.

Working in a small team, you’ll help lead service, maintain high standards and ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is presented properly and consistently.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience working in a leadership position within the kitchen

- Is ready to take on more responsibility and develop their management and food skills

- Has strong food preparation, cooking and service skills

- Able to work autonomously and manage time/prep with thought and pride

- Enjoys being creative and contributing ideas

- Works well within a small team and enjoys being hands-on
