/n We’re Hiring: Key Accounts Manager – Fire Protection Services /n Are you a customer-focused Key Accounts Manager with experience in fire protection, building services or a similar industry? /n We’re looking for someone to take ownership of a portfolio of key clients across our fire protection maintenance and compliance services. What you’ll do/n /n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

/n

- Be the main point of contact for service queries, issues and escalations.

/n

- Work with technicians, service coordinators and project teams to ensure great service delivery.

/n

- Monitor contracts, KPIs and SLAs.

/n

- Conduct client meetings and site visits.

/n

- Manage outstanding works, defects and rectifications.

/n

- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and services.

/n

- Support new contract pricing, mobilisation and handover.

/n

- Ensure services align with relevant standards, including AS 1851.

/n What we’re looking for/n /n





- Experience in account management, client relationships or service coordination.

/n

- Fire protection or building services experience is highly desirable.

/n

- Good understanding of fire systems — wet/dry, detection, passive fire, EWIS etc.

/n

- Strong communication, organisation and commercial skills.

/n

- Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.

/n

- Uptick and Microsoft Office experience is desirable.

/n

- Current Driver’s Licence.
