As a Kitchen Hand, you are helping to ensure smooth daily operations and a clean, organised, and efficient working environment. Working closely with chefs and kitchen leadership, you’ll assist with essential preparation and cleaning tasks that support the delivery of high-quality service. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and passionate about starting or growing a career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly and thoroughly and ensure they are dried, polished and stored correctly.

- Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, benches,



and floors are cleaned and sanitised throughout and at the end of each shift, following food safety and hygiene standards.

- Collect and dispose of rubbish, recycling, and food waste safely and efficiently, keeping the kitchen clean and hazard-free.

- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

- Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

- About you

- Previous experience as a kitchen hand or in a hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)

- A strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
