Poachers Restaurant and Cellar Door is located in Springrange just 15 minutes from Gungahlin, Belconnen and Murrumbateman.

We are seeking a kitchen hand to join our kitchen team. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.

This position will provide assistance to our Executive Chef and Chef de Partie.

Training and support will be provided and career progression is available to the right person.

Rostered days across Wednesday to Sunday, with key service days being Friday to Sunday.

Occassional night shifts available during wedding season from October.

We are looking for someone to:

- Assist to prepare and plate food

- Keep all work areas clean and hygienic

- Dish washing

Skills and qualifications

- Previous kitchen experience is a desirable but not required

- Organised and accountable

- Hygienic

- Punctual, reliable, transparent communication
- A willingness to learn, grow and have fun!

You must be display commitment and reliabilty and have your own transport.
