Hours: This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent earning potential through overtime! The roster is Monday – Friday 6am–5pm, plus regular Saturdays 6am–12pm.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, physically capable and willing to learn. Previous labouring or hands-on work experience is preferred, but full training will be provided. You’ll bring:

- Previous labouring, construction, quarry, manufacturing or other hands-on experience
- A strong work ethic, a team-focused approach and willingness to help as needed

- The physical capability to perform manual work
- A strong commitment to safety
- Willingness to complete required drug and alcohol testing

Why join Swan Materials? This is more than just a labouring role. It’s an opportunity to get your foot in the door of the construction materials industry, learn new skills and build a career with a well-established business.

You'll Have

- Consistent, permanent work with the opportunity to earn more through overtime
- Be home every night – no FIFO
- Full training and support from experienced team members
- The opportunity to learn quarry and plant operations
- Genuine career progression into roles operating loaders, dump trucks, water carts and other equipment
- A close-knit team where you’ll work alongside and learn from experienced operators
