The Opportunity: Are you: hard working, looking for a role in the outdoors, have a good availability for a solid amount of work hours each week and an interest to make a difference in community environs?

Due to our ongoing expansion, we have an opening for a Labourer to join our team in the leafy suburb of Campbelltown and surrounds.

Successful candidates should be reliable, flexible to do rostered and on call work, with overtime pay applicable for relevant shifts.

Hours are 20 to 30 hours per week, with an increase of hours to 38+ hours based on seasons and weather events.

While experience as a Labourer is desirable, we welcome applicants with... truck driving experience and current truck licence, ability to operate backpack blowers or have assisted in street sweeping and bring a willingness to learn. Training provided. Easy!

Main Responsibilities of the Role are:

- Performing of all blowing of leaf material for the assistance of road and site sweeping tasks in approved manner and as per clients' needs
- Ensuring objects are removed from the path of Sweeper Vehicles
- Performing any general labouring duties that may be required
- The completion of site inductions and accreditation with respect to customer sites, where required
- Ensuring all duties are delivered safely and in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety policies

To be great at this role, you must:

- Have a current South Australian Drivers License or higher and a White card
- Have minimum of 6 -12 months backpack blower experience or if no/minimal experience, bring a willingness to be trained
- Be able to work independently
- Display a sense of urgency, reliability and punctuality in your work
- Be willing to work varied and flexible hours including weekend work (essential)
- Have a good energy and fitness level

- Continual safety awareness
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
