Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently manage residential landscape and construction projects from planning through to completion.

Leading Hand / Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Leading Hand/Foreman who enjoys being hands-on while leading a team and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Landscape Labourer

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our residential landscaping and construction team.

Key responsibilities

Project Manager:

- Manage residential landscape and construction projects from planning through to completion
- Manage trades, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling and site coordination

Leading Hand / Foreman:

- Lead a team and coordinate daily site activities
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Read plans and work from project specifications

Landscape Labourer:

- General landscaping and construction labour
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Paving and concreting assistance
- Retaining wall construction
- Planting, turfing and garden installation
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Assisting tradespeople and Leading Hands
- Operating hand and power tools
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised worksite

About you

Project Manager:

- Minimum Certificate III in Landscape Construction or a related construction trade




- Proven experience managing residential landscape/construction projects
- Robust knowledge of construction processes, scheduling and site coordination
- Ability to manage trades, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of plans, measurements and project requirements
- Experience in carpentry, bricklaying or block laying highly regarded
- Machinery licences/tickets, including skid steer, highly regarded
- Current driver's licence
- Strong commitment to safety and quality

Leading Hand / Foreman:

- Minimum Certificate III in Landscape Construction or a related construction trade
- Previous experience in residential landscaping and construction
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate daily site activities
- Strong practical construction and landscaping skills
- Experience in carpentry, bricklaying or block laying preferred
- Skid steer and other machinery licences/tickets highly regarded
- Ability to read plans and work from project specifications
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Current driver's licence
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail

Landscape Labourer:

- Previous landscaping or construction experience is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Proud of the quality of their work
- Positive and willing to be part of a team
- Safety-conscious
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Professional and respectful with clients and teammates
- Keen to develop their skills and take pride in what they build
