We are looking for an experienced Lead Educator to join a close-knit Early Learning Centre in Cleveland, leading the 2-3-year-old room. This five-room centre has a wonderful, long-standing team, including a Centre Director who has been there since opening eight years ago. Many of the children have also been with the centre since Nursery, creating strong relationships between educators, children and families.

The centre follows a play-based approach, with programming guided by children's interests and individual developmental needs.

You'll bring:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- At least two years' Lead Educator experience
- A nurturing, patient and child-led approach
- Confidence leading a room and delivering play-based programs
- Current Blue Card and relevant First Aid qualifications

This is a full time, five-day position,



with flexibility to work rotating shifts between 6:15am and 6:15pm.
