You will be responsible for the smooth running of their busy practice and you will enjoy being involved in a wide range of matters and ultimately become an integral member of the team. Duties
Some of your duties will include, but not limited to:-
- diary management and arranging appointments
- word processing of legal documents and draft general correspondence
- filing and indexing of original legal documents
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
- liaising with clients, Barristers and external parties
- monthly billing & expenses,
and general administrative tasks
Skills and experience To secure this exceptional opportunity you will ideally have previous experience as a Legal Assistant in family law, or alternatively have a genuine interest in Family Law. You will also demonstrate:-
- advanced MS office skills
- strong attention to detail
- the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- excellent inter-personal skills
