Your new role
This is more than a traditional Lending Manager position. You'll play a key role in assessing, structuring and progressing lending opportunities while working closely with referral partners and internal stakeholders. Combining analytical, commercial and relationship management responsibilities, the role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants broader exposure than a typical lending position can offer.

In this role, you will:
- Assess and structure lending opportunities from enquiry through to settlement
- Price transactions and evaluate supporting security
- Work closely with brokers and referral partners to progress deals
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Collaborate with credit and senior decision-makers on lending scenarios
- Support business growth initiatives and process improvements
- Gain exposure across lending, property analysis and relationship management
