This is a hands-on leadership role combining specialist landscape work with rope access and working safely at heights. You will lead the rope access team, coordinate safe and efficient daily work, and maintain and install green walls, rooftop gardens and elevated planter systems alongside a mixed-trade team.
Key responsibilities
- Leading the rope access team and coordinating safe, efficient daily work
- Mentoring technicians, building their skills and setting transparent expectations
- Planning rope access activities, overseeing equipment checks and maintaining rescue readiness
- Maintaining and installing green walls, rooftop gardens and elevated planter systems alongside the mixed-trade team
- Upholding safety procedures, compliance requirements and quality standards
- Completing accurate site reports, safety documentation and administrative records
- Communicating clearly with clients, management and team members
About you
- Current IRATA or SPRAT Level 3 certification
- At least five years' experience supervising rope access teams as a Level 3
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills,
including accurate reporting and record keeping
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance, with the confidence to address unsafe practices
- A current driver's licence and White Card
- Trade qualifications are strongly preferred
- Landscaping, gardening or horticultural experience is highly preferred
