Stein’s Electrical is growing and we’re looking for a qualified electrician who wants to become an key part of the business as we continue to expand.

You’ll be joining a young and ambitious electrical company with a strong focus on quality, customer service and building a great team for the long term.
About the Role
You’ll work across a range of residential, commercial, strata and maintenance projects throughout Sydney.
Your work may include
- Residential electrical installations and maintenance
- Fault finding and electrical repairs
- Switchboard upgrades
- Lighting and power installations
- Renovations and upgrades
- Strata and property maintenance
- Commercial electrical work
- Testing and compliance
- Supervising and assisting apprentices when required
- Communicating professionally with customers
We’re looking for someone capable of working independently while also being a strong part of the team.
Sales, Communication & Door Knocking
From time to time, you may also be required to help with local door knocking and community outreach.
We see this as a great way to build confidence, improve communication skills and help our team become better at speaking with new people and representing the Stein’s Electrical brand professionally.
During quieter weeks,
door knocking may form part of your role to help create new opportunities for the business.

What We’re Looking For The successful applicant will be:
- A qualified and licensed electrician
- Reliable and punctual
- Proud of their workmanship
- Neat and organised

- Able to fault-find effectively
- Comfortable supervising an apprentice

- Willing to assist with door knocking when required

Requirements
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Residential electrical experience
- Good communication skills
- High standard of workmanship
- Willingness to participate in occasional door knocking
