New graduates, experienced physiotherapists and locums are all encouraged to apply.

- Occupational Health and Safety
We aim to shape your caseload around your experience, clinical interests and career goals.
New Graduate?
New graduates are very welcome to apply.
Starting your first physiotherapy role is a big transition, and we don't expect you to know everything from day one.
You'll receive weekly mentoring, clinical support and the opportunity to gradually develop your caseload and confidence.
You'll also work alongside experienced clinicians and have opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of physiotherapy.
Our career development scholarship of up to $10,000 provides further support to develop your clinical skills and pursue areas of physiotherapy that interest you (NTPHN).
Why Alice Springs?
Alice Springs offers a very different experience from a traditional metropolitan physiotherapy role.
You'll have the opportunity to experience Central Australia, its communities and landscapes, while developing a broad range of clinical skills.
With short commutes and access to some of Australia's most iconic destinations, Alice Springs can be a great place to develop professionally while experiencing a different lifestyle.
We also understand that relocating is a big decision.
That's why we offer eligible candidates $7,000 in relocation assistance (NTPHN), together with vehicle and accommodation support to help make the move easier.
