About the Role

As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be based in Dalby, QLD and the key link between customers, production, transport providers and drivers, ensuring deliveries are planned and executed efficiently, safely and on time.

You'll take ownership of delivery scheduling and coordination while helping optimise transport capacity and continually improve logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

✅Coordinate and schedule bulk polymer tank deliveries across Australia

✅ Plan daily transport requirements and maximise vehicle utilisation

✅ Balance customer needs with production schedules and transport availability

✅ Allocate drivers, plan delivery routes and complete permit requirements where necessary

✅ Monitor deliveries and proactively manage delays, risks or disruptions

✅ Work closely with production, warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations

✅ Maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates

✅ Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, service delivery and customer outcomes

✅ Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately and in line with company procedures

About You





You're a proactive and customer-focused coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll bring

✔️ 2+ years' experience in logistics, transport scheduling, supply chain or dispatch coordination

✔️ Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, transport or distribution environments

✔️ Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands

✔️ Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

✔️ High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
