About the Client
Our client is a well-established, Australian family-owned food manufacturer with a long-standing presence in the FMCG industry, supplying products across retail, hospitality and foodservice markets.
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Filler Operator to join a busy FMCG production environment in the afternoon shift.
Shift Details
- Monday to Thursday | 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM | $43.06/hr + Super
About the Role
You will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring products are filled, labelled and packed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating filling and packaging equipment
- Operating fillers, labelers and packers
- Monitoring production lines and equipment performance
- Completing equipment cleaning and sanitation
- Conducting basic quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following GMP, WHS and food safety requirements
- Reporting equipment issues and production concerns to the supervisor
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Filler Operator, Machine Operator or Production Operator
- Experience working in an FMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience operating production line equipment
- Good understanding of GMP and workplace safety requirements
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and a valuable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work the afternoon shift consistently
