About the Role

Are you an experienced Dump Truck, Dozer, Multi-Skilled, or Production Excavator Operator seeking long-term job security with an industry-leading remuneration package?

We are currently seeking skilled, safety-focused operators for permanent full-time positions at a major open-cut mining operation near Clermont in the Bowen Basin. Join high-performing crews operating a modern, well-maintained fleet of heavy production machinery.

Equipment Fleet

- Rear Dump Trucks: CAT 789 & CAT 777

- Excavators: Hitachi EX3600 & Liebherr R9400

- Dozers: CAT D10 & CAT D11

- Multi-Skilled Fleet: CAT 777 D & F Water Carts, CAT 16H & 18 Graders, CAT D10/D11 Dozers, and CAT 789 Dump Trucks

Key Requirements

- Proven Fleet Experience:
- Dozer: Demonstrated experience on CAT D10 & D11.

- Excavator: Demonstrated experience on Hitachi EX3600 & Liebherr R9400.

- Multi-Skilled: Proven competencies across Graders, Dump Trucks, and Water Carts.

- RII Competencies: Valid RII statement of attainment or signed-off site skills matrix for relevant machinery.

- Mandatory Compliance:

- Current Standard 11 (Induction)

- Current Coal Board Medical

- Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence

- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol assessment
