Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll coordinate fleet maintenance to improve equipment availability and reliability.

The Role

- Developing short-, medium- and long-term plans for servicing, preventative and corrective maintenance
- Using RPMGlobal AMT to manage work orders, backlogs, schedules and component forecasts
- Preparing job plans covering labour, parts, tooling and estimated hours
- Coordinating maintenance schedules, shutdowns and component change-outs with site teams
- Monitoring fleet reliability, downtime and schedule compliance, and reporting maintenance KPIs
- Improving planning processes in line with site safety and operational requirements
- Providing occasional maintenance supervision coverage

What we’re looking for





- Maintenance planning experience in open-cut mining and strong HME knowledge, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi or similar equipment
- Mechanical trade and/or relevant engineering qualification
- S26 qualifications to provide occasional supervision coverage
- RPMGlobal AMT experience highly desirable; AMT Planner / Short-Term Planning experience highly regarded
- Solid planning, organisational, Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Strong communication, proactive problem-solving and a commitment to safety and improvement
