Role Description The Manager Business Advisory Services is a full-time, on-site role located in Canberra. This role involves leading client engagements across business advisory, accounting, and tax, including reviewing financial reports, providing strategic advice, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, coordinate tax advisory work, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, mentoring team members, contributing to practice development initiatives, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Business Advisory Services and Finance, with the ability to provide strategic and operational guidance to clients.
- Professional experience in Accounting and Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or equivalent professional designation - Min. 3-4 years in similar roles required.
- Practical knowledge of Tax Advisory, including compliance, planning, and optimization for businesses and individuals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience managing client portfolios, building relationships, and delivering advisory engagements.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and developing team members in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
