ABOUT US
EREA is a system of Catholic schools in the Edmund Rice tradition, operating nationally. We educate over 40,000 students and employ over 4,500 people across our network. We have schools in every Australian state and territory.
EREA Colleges is the Governing Body responsible for 20 Educational Bodies operating schools or Early Learning Centres in Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting chance to provide expert advice and support across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with Principals, Senior Leaders and Line Managers to deliver best-practice workplace and employee relations outcomes. Working as part of a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, you will gain broad exposure to all aspects of workplace, employee and industrial relations, including complex case management, workplace investigations, performance and conduct matters, dispute resolution, Enterprise Agreements and Up-to-date Awards, legislative compliance and enterprise bargaining. You will play a key role in supporting leaders to navigate complex and sensitive employment matters, strengthen contemporary workplace practices and contribute to a positive, consistent and values-led workplace culture across EREA Colleges and Early Learning Centres.
