About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our manufacturing operations, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You'll lead a team of committed employees and work closely with other departments to deliver great outcomes for our customers and our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Direct daily manufacturing operations to consistently meet safety, quality and on-time delivery benchmarks.
- Process Oversight: Manage the full production lifecycle, including rotational moulding, assembly, finishing, storage and dispatch.
- Resource Optimisation: Maximise plant capacity, labour efficiency and equipment utilisation to scale output.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, minimise machine downtime, and spearhead waste-reduction initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to align floor capacity with customer demand forecasts.
- People Development: Lead, coach, and upskill a diverse factory workforce, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Safety & Culture: Act as the ultimate champion for a safety-first workplace,



ensuring strict compliance with all environmental and OHS regulations.
- Continuous improvement: Cultivate a culture of operational excellence by driving Lead Manufacturing and 6S methodologies on the shop floor.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a leader who genuinely enjoys working with people and can bring out the best in a team.

Ideally you will have

- Previous experience in a Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong people leadership and team development skills
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or production environment
- A hands-on approach and willingness to be present on the factory floor
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- Experience with production planning and continuous improvement
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
- Excellent communication skills
