SEAVERSE is looking for a confident, technically curious and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Mangalore .

This role is not just about generating leads. We’re looking for someone who can understand the client’s problem, communicate our technology clearly, build trust, and convert conversations into commercial opportunities.

What we’re looking for

- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in speaking with corporate, industrial and technical clients
- Ability to understand and explain technology and technical solutions
- Strong negotiation, convincing and presentation skills
- Ability to identify client requirements and propose relevant solutions




- Strong lead-to-conversion and deal-closing skills
- Ability to move opportunities from initial conversation → meeting → proposal → negotiation → commercial closure
- Self-driven, target-oriented and willing to take ownership

What you’ll do: Connect → Understand → Present → Convince → Negotiate → Convert

You’ll work closely with clients across marine, offshore, ports, defence, infrastructure and technology sectors , while helping SEAVERSE build meaningful commercial relationships.
