About the role
This role is responsible for supporting Channel Marketing activities across our brand portfolios, across wholegoods, parts and service, and precision technology, for Australia and New Zealand. The incumbent will provide day-to-day support for dealer-facing (B2B) tools, resources and processes in order to help support our ANZ dealer network in achieving business objectives including sales, market share and NPS targets. This position will be responsible for delivering a superior dealer experience, particularly for marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support Channel Marketing Manager with implementation of initiatives such as Dealer Portal, DAM, CRM, CX reporting etc
- Support the creation of dealer marketing materials such as marketing guides, newsletters and product catalogues (agency liaison, proofreading, light graphic design etc) as required
- Publish documents/resources on the Dealer Portal and distribute emails to dealers as per agreed processes and procedures
- Regularly audit and quality-check dealer resources and documentation on the Dealer Portal to ensure all material is accurate and up-to-date
- Act as dealer contact point, trainer and technical support for DAM/Media Centre
- Manage content on digital kiosks across the dealer network
- Collate survey data and focus group notes
- Coordinate publishing staff directory on Dealer Portal
- Coordinate design, production and distribution of brand calendars and other end of year material
- Coordinate aspects of dealer network events, under the instruction of Channel Marketing Manager
- Coordinate administration of dealer incentive programs
- Provide administrative support in the form of SAP admin and record keeping for any vendors associated with Channel Marketing work
- Support the broader ANZ Marketing & Communications team as required
About you
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Ability to handle many concurrent tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding English communication, both written and verbal
- Qualifications in Marketing, Business or similar discipline; or equivalent work experience is a bonus
