About The Role

We are looking for an experienced full-time Marketing Consultant to join our team in Subiaco, Perth.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, developing and delivering marketing strategies, campaigns and projects.

You will build strong client relationships, understand what our clients are looking to achieve and work closely with our design, web and operations teams to bring their projects to life.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage marketing and web projects from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring agreed timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management.
- Develop marketing copy, content,



and marketing and communication briefs and strategies.
- Manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including Google Ads, Meta and email marketing.
- Develop detailed design and website briefs in consultation with clients and internal teams.
- Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and provide recommendations to clients.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored marketing solutions to support their objectives.
- Respond to client enquiries and prepare quotes and proposals as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Identify opportunities with new and existing clients to support business development.

About You

You are a confident and organised marketing professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and managing a variety of projects at once. You are comfortable working autonomously but equally enjoy collaborating with a team.

To succeed, you will ideally have:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience developing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.




- Strong client relationship and account management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong marketing copywriting and content development capability.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience across digital marketing platforms, such as Meta, HubSpot, MailChimp, and Google Ads.
- Experience working with website content management systems and coordinating website projects.
- The ability to interpret campaign performance and turn data into practical recommendations.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes.
