Wests Tigers are looking for a Marketing &

- Data Executive to lead marketing, data and communications activity across internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll work within our Marketing &

- Digital team to produce data-driven marketing campaigns, supporting internal department activity and promotion of sales, events and communication.

This is a collaborative role within the Marketing &

- Digital team, where you’ll have the prospect to work with our content, design and media team members to maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all brand-related outputs.

What You'll Get Your Hands On

- Salesforce &
- Klaviyo: Own CRM and email marketing execution, including campaigns, segmentation, automation and customer journeys.

- Data & insights: Turn customer behaviour, campaign performance and audience trends into recommendations that influence what we do next.

- Customer journeys: Build and optimise acquisition, onboarding, conversion, retention and re-engagement strategies.

- Revenue-driving campaigns: Support growth across Membership, Ticketing, Merchandise and Corporate Hospitality.

- Integrated marketing: Work closely with our Content and Media teams to bring campaigns to life across CRM, digital, social, paid media, out-of-home and Club channels.

- Paid media: Support activity across Meta, Google and TikTok, analysing results and identifying opportunities to improve performance.

- eCommerce: Support our Shopify-powered Roarstore, using customer and sales behaviour to improve campaigns, conversion and the overall online experience.

- Audience growth: Help grow our first-party database and find smarter ways to understand, segment and engage our fans.

- Innovation: Test, learn and bring new ideas to the table across technology, automation, platforms and marketing.

What We're Looking For





You'll ideally have 3 years' experience in marketing, CRM, digital marketing, customer analytics or a related field, and be comfortable moving between creative and analytical thinking.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has experience with Salesforce, Klaviyo or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.

- Understands segmentation, automation and lifecycle marketing.

- Can turn data into clear, actionable insights.

- Understands that engagement matters, but conversion, retention and revenue do too.

- Is comfortable with analytics, reporting and campaign performance.

- Understands digital and paid marketing across platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok.

- Has experience with Shopify, eCommerce or CMS platforms.

- Enjoys collaborating with Marketing, Content, Media, Commercial and Membership teams.

- Is curious, proactive and willing to challenge how things have always been done.

- Sports Marketing / PR / Communications Degree
