More About Your Recent Role

We have an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Residential and Retail portfolio within Fletcher Insulation. As the Marketing Manager located in Prospect, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development of segment strategy, portfolio plans, innovation and customer programs across multiple brands, helping to grow customer preference, channel influence and commercial value.

This is not simply a role focused on delivering established marketing activity.



You will bring fresh thinking, identify opportunities and turn customer and market insights into a clear vision for growth. Working collaboratively with Sales, Technical, Product, Operations and external partners, you will influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions and build support for new ideas across a highly technical environment.

You will lead through influence and manage a significant residential and retail portfolio. Your scope will include portfolio and lifecycle management, innovation and new product development, builder and merchant programs, customer engagement, campaigns, sales enablement and go-to-market planning

Key Skills & Experience

- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, commerce or a related discipline.




- Demonstrated marketing, portfolio, product or category management experience within building products, construction or another technical product environment.
- Experience developing market-led strategy, customer propositions, portfolio plans and go-to-market programs.
- Strong commercial acumen, including business cases, budgets, investment decisions and measuring return.
- Experience supporting innovation, new product development or product lifecycle activity across multiple functions.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders, technical specialists, sales teams, channel partners and external agencies.
- Experience working with builders, merchants, retailers, distributors or installer channels will be highly regarded
