Help us build a finance and media brand with content generating 2 million views a month .

Collective Shift is a fast-growing digital asset research and education startup. We help investors understand a changing financial world, and content is central to how we educate, build trust and grow.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive contractor to help run our content operation across Ben Simpson’s personal brand, Collective Shift and The Wealth Shift podcast .

Strong written and spoken English is essential.

The opportunity

You’ll work closely with Ben and our team, coordinating content from idea to publication. Your main focus will be Instagram posts and Stories, with support across YouTube, podcast publishing and email.

This is an opportunity to develop your marketing experience inside a growing business, work with an established audience and take real ownership of how we show up every day.

What you’ll do

- Manage the content calendar and keep deadlines, assets and approvals organised.
- Prepare, schedule and publish Instagram Reels, carousels, posts and Stories.
- Coordinate video editors and designers, including briefs, feedback and revisions.
- Keep scripts and recording materials organised and ready.
- Coordinate podcast episodes, promotional clips and publishing tasks.
- Help upload and schedule YouTube content,



organise thumbnails and prepare emails.
- Check captions, spelling, links and formatting before publication.
- Flag delays early and suggest ways to improve our workflow.

Who you are You have general social media and marketing experience, especially with Instagram. You enjoy bringing structure to a busy creative team and keeping several projects moving at once.

You’re someone who follows up without being asked, spots missing details and makes sure tasks get finished. You communicate clearly, learn tools quickly and take pride in reliable execution.

YouTube, podcast or email experience is a bonus. You don’t need to be a crypto expert, but curiosity about finance and digital assets will help.

Working arrangement

This is a remote, ongoing contractor chance. Hours, rates and an agreed communication window with our Melbourne-based team will be discussed during the hiring process.
