Role Description As a full-time Marketing Specialist at PopHub, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and usage of the platform among landlords, retailers, and brands. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, planning and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating digital and offline promotional activities, and supporting sales initiatives with targeted marketing materials.



You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize messaging, enhance customer journeys, and contribute to customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Market Research skills to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity for informed marketing decisions.
- Sales and Customer Service skills to support lead generation, nurture client relationships, and respond effectively to user inquiries.
- Marketing Strategy skills to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced marketplace or startup setting.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
