Swap the spanners for a career that goes further.
Are you a mechanic, fitter, or tradesperson looking for a change? Enjoy being on the road? Ready for a long-term career move? At Fracks Air Compressors, we'll turn your mechanical skills into a specialist career that few technicians ever get the chance to build.
Why start your new career with Fracks?
- Work that matters. Our oxygen generators keep animals breathing through surgery in veterinary hospitals. Few trades let you say your work helps save lives.
- Never the same day twice. Compressors, nitrogen, oxygen, ozone, UV. Different sites, different systems, different challenges every day.
- Learn skills most techs never touch. Specialised gas generation and treatment systems are a rare skill set, and we'll train you on every one of them.
- Recession-proof work. 9 out of 10 industries rely on compressed air daily. When their air stops, they call us.
- Early start, early finish. Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, with overtime available.
- Your ute, your phone, your patch. Company vehicle and mobile provided, plus the freedom of the open road across NSW and the ACT.
- Quality work, quality pay. Above-award pay, incentives, and bonuses that reward quality workmanship.
- Grow with us. A growing business with a real path to leading from the front.
- Over 90 years strong. Four generations of family ownership means stability you won't find everywhere.
About the Role This isn't just compressors. One day you could be commissioning an oxygen generator at a veterinary hospital. the next, you might be servicing a nitrogen system,
ozone or UV system for a water treatment or food processing plant. The work matters, the variety keeps things interesting, and the skills you build will set you apart for your whole career.
No compressor experience? That's fine. If you've got the mechanical foundation, we'll give you the training. Compressed air powers the tools, machinery, and production lines that keep Australian businesses running, which means skilled technicians are always in demand.
