Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking a proactive HR Rostering specialist to create and manage rosters that ensure optimal coverage and seamless operations. You will advise managers on rostering and workforce systems while staying compliant with awards and HR policies.

The role requires experience with rostering or payroll in a large system, solid prioritisation, and the ability to learn Queensland Health systems.
