The Role
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role. As the Dispensary Compliance Partner, you will conduct dispensary compliance audits across our clients pharmacies nationally, providing constructive feedback, education and practical support to help teams meet regulatory, professional and network standards.
You’ll play an important role in identifying trends and risks across the network, supporting corrective actions and contributing to initiatives that strengthen dispensary quality, safety and consistency.
Skills and experience
We’re looking for someone who combines strong pharmacy and compliance knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will be comfortable working independently, travelling nationally and engaging with pharmacy teams in a way that is constructive, practical and focused on improvement.
You’ll bring:
- Experience working within a pharmacy or dispensary environment.
- Strong understanding of dispensary compliance, professional standards, policies and procedures.
- Experience conducting audits, reviews, quality assessments or compliance activities.
- Strong coaching, education and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The flexibility and willingness to undertake extensive national travel.
