WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing Australian business within their Automotive Sales team.

This is a genuine hunter-style BDM role where you'll build your own pipeline, develop current business and manage relationships across the automotive, transport and industrial markets. You'll also have access to warm leads, repeat customers and dormant accounts to help you hit the ground running.

About the Role

- Own and grow a large Sydney sales territory through new business development and relationship building.
- Identify new business opportunities across automotive, transport, fleet, equipment and industrial markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings through to negotiation and close.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, fleet managers and senior decision-makers.
- Spend your week out in the market, with regular face-to-face meetings and site visits.

What You'll Bring





- Proven Business Development / BDM / Territory Sales experience with a strong new business track record.
- Experience across automotive, transport, fleet, heavy equipment, construction or industrial markets.
- Existing industry relationships and a proven ability to open and develop new accounts.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and high-value sales closing skills.
- A self-motivated, commercially driven approach with a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
