The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in HR, People & Culture or compliance administration who is looking to build on their experience in a supportive and established team.

Working in the dynamic and evolving Early Childhood Education sector, you’ll support the administration of the Worker Register (secure, national database to track who is working in early childhood education and care services), ensuring employee information and compliance documentation is accurate and up to date. You’ll also have the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge of HR processes, systems and compliance while contributing to improvements in the way we work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Entering and maintaining accurate information in a national database




- Reviewing and verifying employee compliance documentation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Supporting improvements to administrative systems and processes
- Collaborating and communicating effectively as part of the wider team

This role could be a great fit if you have some HR administration experience and are looking for your next step, or if you have strong administration experience and an interest in developing your career further.

- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing Ability to adapt to and pick up new systems quickly
