Breakfast Point Country Club – Summer Casual Hospitality All-Rounder

Casual Position | November to February | Summer Season

Breakfast Point Country Club is a premier members-only venue offering breakfast and lunch 7 days a week, dinner several evenings per week, a seasonal poolside kiosk during summer, and a variety of functions and events throughout the year.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality All-Rounders to join our team for the summer season, from November through to the end of February.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy hospitality environment, providing friendly and professional service to members and guests across a range of Club facilities.

About the Role

As a Summer Casual Hospitality All-Rounder, you may work across a variety of areas of the Club, including:

- Poolside Kiosk – serving food, beverages and pool side service

- Café and restaurant service – taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and assisting with food service

- Bar service – providing friendly and efficient beverage service to members and guests

- Functions and events – assisting with weddings, private functions and Club events

- General hospitality duties, including setting up, clearing tables, cleaning and maintaining high presentation standards

- Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking people who are:

- Experienced in hospitality, café,



bar or customer service environments

- Confident working in a fast-paced and busy environment

- Friendly, approachable and passionate about providing excellent customer service

- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- Able to work independently while also being a positive team member

- Flexible and willing to work across different areas of the Club

- Comfortable working weekends, evenings and public holidays as required

- Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation

Barista experience is highly desirable.

Key Requirements

Experience:

- Previous hospitality experience – required

- Barista experience – highly desirable

- Bar experience – highly desirable

Qualifications:

- Current RSA Competency – essential

Work Rights:

- Applicants must have full Australian working rights with no significant restrictions on hours

The Details

Position: Casual
Season: late October start for training for November 2026 – February 2027
Location: Breakfast Point Country Club
Hours: Flexible casual hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays. Must be available to work New Year’s Eve.
Shifts: Hours will vary depending on Club requirements.
