Lyra Technology Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer, Level 2, to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This role blends onsite and work from home, with occasional travel to client sites, and requires robust technical judgement and explicit communication with customers.

You will provide hands-on support across hardware, networking and Microsoft technologies, and collaborate with team leaders to maintain service quality and customer commitments.
