Semios Group is seeking a Customer Success Representative for Agworld's Commmunity. You will support growers, agronomists and farm operations via onboarding, training and ongoing engagement to drive product adoption and renewals.
Responsibilities include onboarding recent clients, delivering training, and maintaining high‐quality customer service through phone, chat and email while leveraging CRM systems and SaaS tools. A hybrid work setting is offered.
