This role is for a Sales Consultant with New Living Homes, a Division of Masterton Group. You will maintain a level of sales sufficient to meet your specified sales target/budget, maintain a professional approach and provide a high level of client service such that client expectations are exceeded.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a level of sales sufficient to meet your specified sales target/budget, as set from time to time
Maintain a professional approach and provide a high level of client service such that client expectations are exceeded
Keep management fully appraised of changes in the marketplace that might impact on Recent Living Homes performance and suggest ways in which the Company's effectiveness might be enhanced
Accurately document client requirements and keep such records as may be required from time to time




Ensure that your clients are able to progress from deposit to contract signing
Take every opportunity to prospect for new business
Respond to all new phone enquiries as promptly as possible and ensure all phone calls are returned
About you
Proven ability to consistently meet sales target/budget
Experience and knowledge of the building/real estate industry
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers
Excellent presentation and professional attitude toward both internal and external customers
