Minor Hotels’ Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a casual basis. You will help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene while supporting daily kitchen operations.

The role offers versatile shifts with part time or full time options, a rotating roster, and opportunities to contribute to new menu ideas alongside the Head Chef.
